Are you unsure about making the full, four-day commitment, but you’d like to see what Festival Conference is all about? The new “Taste of Festival Conference” is a one-day experience, offered on Friday, June 24 or Saturday, June 25, for just $75 per person.
 
This one-day pass includes the opportunity to participate in three classes of your choice, watch a massed ringing rehearsal, have lunch with attendees, and enjoy a mini-concert. You may also purchase a 2022 Festival Conference t-shirt for an additional fee and even add a sponsorship donation, should you feel inclined. 
 

Here is the schedule for “Taste of Festival Conference“:

9:00-9:30 AM    Registration
9:35-9:55 AM    Mini-Concert (enjoy performances by individuals or groups attending FC)
10:05-11:20       AM Massed Rehearsal (observe this spectacle of 300 ringers all ringing together)
11:30-1:00 PM  Lunch (mingle with other ringers, visit vendor area, raffle baskets)
1:00-2:15 PM    Attend a class of your choice or observe Coppers Division Rehearsal
2:35-3:50 PM    Attend a class of your choice or observe Tins Division Rehearsal
4:10-5:25 PM    Attend a class of your choice or observe Bronze Division Rehearsal
5:30 PM            Safe travels home!

Group Registration is not required, but an active Handbell Musicians of America membership number is. Be prepared to enter your HMA membership number, or that of the ensemble of which you are a member. Please review the Area 1 Covid-19 policy and procedures before registering.

HMA AREA 1 COVID-19 VACCINATION POLICY

PARTICIPANTS & AUDIENCE

Area 1 no longer requires masking for our events for participants or audience members.

All participants and audience members at Area 1 events are strongly encouraged to wear a mask in indoor venues, regardless of their vaccination status. The Area 1 board will revisit this policy and amend it as circumstances change and as required by venue.

You expressly acknowledge that COVID-19 is highly contagious, and infection can result in death, the risk of infection and transmission are higher in indoor facilities, there are no safety precautions that totally eliminate the risk of contracting COVID-19, and individuals with various underlying medical conditions may experience worse outcomes.
